Mike Peterson is an Auctioneer and marketing professional. He specializes in creating and implementing innovative strategies to market assets and achieve maximum returns. After graduating from Missouri Auction School in 1988, Peterson Auction was started and Mike has spent the last 30+ years honing the craft of selling everything from Real Estate, Antiques, Tools and Equipment at public auction. By continuing his education through Real Estate and Auctioneer Associations, Mike & Peterson Auction are on the cutting edge of the auction industry. In today's fast paced world he believes it is imperative to move forward by embracing and incorporating web marketing and online auctions, while drawing on past experience and successes.

Dakota Peterson

Online Sales Manager

Dakota is the manager of the online personal property auctions department at Peterson Auction and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience about the auction business to all projects. He is Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer as well as a New York State Handgun Dealer and has a vast amount of knowledge in firearms.

He is 2012 graduate of Frewsburg Central School and 2015 graduate of The Pennsylvania Gunsmith School. Dakota is also a New York State Real Estate salesperson.

Growing up in the auction business, Dakota is passionate and brings his enthusiasm to our team.

Jami Peterson

Office Manager / Scheduling

In addition to being our office manager, Jami is a NYS notary and is a licensed NYS real estate salesperson. As our office manager Jami schedules all aspects of our auctions, handles titles, assists with client and customer service and is the head of our marketing department.

She is a 2014 Graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor's degree in education and minor in mathematics.

Jami's organizational skills and attention to details allows us to provide the personal and professional service that our clients and customers have become accustomed to.

Rachel Bentham
Web Analyst / Design

Editor / Design Manager

Rachel Bentham is a design professional and uses that specialty as our head editor of our online auctions platform.

She is a 2015 Graduate of Alfred State College with an associate's degree in design. Rachel has experience in design, editing & organization and brings this to our online marketing division.

Rachel's progressive thinking and attention to detail in her work, make her a great addition to our team and helps Peterson Auction supply a quality bidding platform to our clients and customers.
