Real estate agents contact us prior to the auction and let us know you are representing a client and we will co-broke at standard rate.
Bidding & Buying
Online pre-bidding opens three days prior to posted live auction start time. Live auction begins at posted time and is held on location of the property being offered for sale. If you have any questions be sure to ask the auctioneer prior to bidding. When highest bid is received purchase contract will be signed, required deposit placed, upon acceptance of bid by seller documents are forwarded to attorneys and closing process begins.
